Our Story.
We are a small but mighty boutique agency specialising in delivering talent in to our core markets across Financial Services & Management Consulting.
From humble beginnings in a small back bedroom in Hertfordshire in 2003, we now have presence in the UK, Europe and across the US, working with over 50 world class Asset Managers, Insurers & Big 4 Consultancies.
Our Founder & Managing Director, Mark Nelson still leads front and centre alongside our talented team of dedicated recruiters delivering through our networks built over the past 20 years.

Our Team.
Mark Nelson
Graduating from the University of Leeds, in 1999, and after two years in a London Agency, I started and founded Streamline in 2003. After many years of an amazing journey, I am very proud to lead this business and fantastic team into a post-Covid world of recruitment, Having evolved the business into a solutions business and genuine consultancy, we love to partner with customers and the community to find new opportunities and the best talent. We have always been and still are all about change and technology. Any spare time I get is spent either Golfing, attending games at The Emirates, or spending quality time with my wife & 2 children.
Georgina Moore
I have been with Streamline for over a Decade! I have spent all of my career working across IT & Business change roles within Financial Services including Insurance, Asset Management & Management Consulting. I now head up our Key Accounts function: managing delivery to our largest clients. I have always thrived on building relationships & I believe the key to good business is long-term partnerships within your network. Outside of work, I love checking out new restaurants/bars and I'm an avid Arsenal fan.
Helen Dennehey
My recruitment career stretches back to when I first graduated 'many moons' ago! I have now worked at Streamline for over 10 years across many areas of the business. My focus today is within the Consulting sector coupled with Fintech Change & Transformation. Prior to this, I enjoyed 8 years living and working (in Australian/Pacific recruitment market) in sunny Sydney! In my spare time i enjoy running and a nice glass of Pinot in the sunshine- not together of course...!
