6 Core Principles of a healthy, happy life - Streamline Wellbeing!
In a very busy week for Streamline, I'm pleased we made time for a very special visit from Michelle Flynn. Michelle is a renowned Certified Health Coach who gave a fascinating talk on "the 6 core principles of a healthy, happy life". It was a really practical guide that covered the things we actually need to improve our wellbeing.
As well as some facts & science, she gave us some small habits you can build into your everyday routines. Once adopted, these will make significant changes to how we feel on a daily basis. Her background in Recruitment meant she really understood the stresses we go through in our work (and outside!). The result was a huge impact on my team.
It was a great opportunity to discuss the 6 core principles of life and really focus on our aims. We’ve already seen some changes being adopted and my morning moods are already lifted thanks to her simple tips! Thank you Michelle!!
